DAY 1 - Arrival at NJP / Bagdogra / Siliguri – Transfer to Darjeeling

On arrival at Siliguri Bus Stand, New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) or Bagdogra Airport (IXB), meet our representative and start your scenic drive to Darjeeling, the “Queen of the Hills.” The journey takes about 3–4 hours through lush tea gardens, pine forests, and Himalayan foothills. Upon arrival in Darjeeling, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, explore the Mall Road (Chowrasta), visit local cafés by walk, and enjoy the charming hill town vibes. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

DAY 2 - Darjeeling Full-Day Sightseeing

Early in the morning, visit Tiger Hill for a spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga. On your way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour covering the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Zoo, Peace Pagoda, Darjeeling Ropeway, and Japanese Temple. (You can add Rock Garden with extra cost). Spend the evening enjoying the views and colonial charm of the hill town. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

DAY 3 - MIRIK EXCURSION TRIP

Post Breakfast, Starts for a day excursion trip to MIRIK SIGHTSEEING which includes : •Mirik Lake •Lepchajagat •Simana View Point •Gopaldhara Tea Estates •Nepal Border Return back to Darjeeling, overnight Stay at Darjeeling.

DAY 4 - Departure from Darjeeling to NJP / Bagdogra / Siliguri

After breakfast, check out and begin your return journey to NJP / Bagdogra / Siliguri with warm memories of your Darjeeling tour.

Booking and Payment

 

  1. A minimum deposit of [50]% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
  2. The balance payment must be made [31] days prior to the departure date.
  3. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

INCLUSIONS:-

  1. Package prices are quoted in [INR] and are based on current rates of exchange and hotel tariffs.
  2. Prices include only the items specifically mentioned under “Package Inclusions.”
  3. Any increase in airfare, fuel surcharges, taxes, or hotel rates after booking will be borne by the customer.

  5. Note: Check-in and check-out times at homestays & hotels would be as per homestays / hotel policies
  6. All sightseeing & transfer by 01 Dzire/Etios ( point to point basis, Not On Disposal)
  7. Steam Engine Train Tickets.

EXCLUSIONS:-

  1. Air Fare / Train fare
  2. Personal Expenses such as Laundry, Luggage Charges, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard
  3. drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), Porter charge.
  4. Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
  5. Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
  6. Any cost rising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be paid by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
  7. Any water sport in coastal area.
  8. Any Jungle safari Charges.
  9. Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  10. Snow Vehicle Fare, If Road Is Block Due To Snow.
  11. Room Heater Charges.
  12. Insurance.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).
  2. The following cancellation charges will apply:
  • More than [45] days before departure: [50]% of total cost

  • 30–44 days before departure: [75]% of total cost

  • Less than [30] days before departure: 100% (no refund)
    3.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [31] days after written cancellation.

Liability

  1. The company acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other service providers.
  2. The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions).
