Booking and Payment

  1. All bookings must be made through our authorized representatives or website.
  2. A minimum deposit of [50]% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
  3. The balance payment must be made [31] days prior to the departure date.
  4. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

  • Lunch, Dinner, and beverages unless specifically mentioned.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, shopping, tips, mini bar, porterage, etc.
  • Optional tours, activities, or attractions not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Early check-in and late check-out at the hotel (subject to availability and additional charges).
  • Any increase in government taxes, entrance fees, or fuel surcharges after package confirmation.
  • Any expenses arising due to flight delays, cancellations, weather conditions, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).
  2. The following cancellation charges will apply:

  • More than [45] days before departure: 50% of total cost

  • 30–44 days before departure:75 % of total cost

  • Less than [30] days before departure: 100% (no refund)
    3.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [45] days after written cancellation.

Liability

  1. The company acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other service providers.
  2. The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions).
