DAY 1 - Haridwar to Barkot

➢Meet to our executive at pickup point,in morning. ➢Departure from Haridwar, Comfortable drive via plains towards Barkot via Vikasnagar route. ➢ Enjoy scenic views of hills, forests and Yamuna river en route. ➢ Arrival at Barkot by evening, hotel check-in, ➢ Dinner at hotel and overnight stay. ➢ Evening tea during the journey.

DAY 2 - Barkot to Yamunotri and return to Barkot

➢ Early morning (Packed) breakfast at hotel, then drive to Janki Chatti. ➢ Start the 6 km trek to Yamunotri (pony or palki available at own cost). ➢ Important places include Yamunotri Temple, Surya Kund hot water spring and Divya Shila. ➢ Guests are advised to start trek early, carry light luggage, water and follow local instructions. ➢ After darshan, trek back and return drive to Barkot. Dinner at hotel and overnight stay at Barkot with evening tea.

DAY 3 - Barkot to Uttarkashi

➢ After breakfast, check-out and drive towards Uttarkashi along Bhagirathi river. ➢ En route visit Shiv Gufa. In the evening, visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Shakti Temple. ➢ Hotel check-in, dinner at hotel and overnight stay at Uttarkashi. ➢ Evening tea as per journey.

DAY 4 - Uttarkashi to Gangotri and return to Uttarkashi

➢ Early breakfast and drive to Gangotri via the beautiful Harsil Valley and Gangnani hot springs. ➢ Darshan at Gangotri Temple, the origin of River Ganga and you can take holy dip in sacred river Bhagirathi. ➢ Return to Uttarkashi by evening. Dinner at hotel and overnight stay. ➢ Evening tea during return journey.

DAY 5 - Uttarkashi to Guptkashi

➢ After breakfast and hotel check-out, proceed on a long scenic drive towards Guptkashi via Tehri and Rudraprayag region. ➢ Arrival by evening, hotel check-in, dinner at hotel and overnight stay. ➢ Evening tea during the journey.

DAY 6 - Guptkashi to Kedarnath Yatra (via Sitapur drop)

➢ Very early morning check-out after (packed) breakfast. ➢ Drop at Sitapur parking for smooth yatra movement. ➢ Proceed to Gaurikund, take sharing taxi from sonprayag(fare not included). ➢ Start the 18 km trek to Kedarnath from Gaurikund ➢ Alternate to trek at own cost (pony, palki or helicopter at own cost). ➢ Early departure is advised for easy trekking and crowd management. ➢ On arrival, evening darshan and aarti at Kedarnath Temple. ➢ Simple dinner and overnight stay near Kedarnath Temple.

DAY 7 - Kedarnath to Guptkashi

➢ Early morning darshan at Kedarnath Temple. ➢ Trek down to Gaurikund, via sharing taxi return to sonprayag. ➢ Drive back to Guptkashi.our Driver will meet you only at Sitapur parking ➢ On arrival, hotel check-in, dinner at hotel and overnight stay. ➢ Evening tea will be served.

DAY 8 - Guptkashi → Pipalkoti & Return

After breakfast, check-out and drive towards Pipalkoti via Rudraprayag and Karanprayag route. Enjoy scenic river valleys and Himalayan landscapes. Arrival by evening, hotel check-in, dinner at hotel and overnight stay at Pipalkoti.

DAY 9 - Pipalkoti to Badrinath Ji

Early breakfast & Drive to Badrinath via Joshimath(Narshima Temple). Badrinath arrival followed by visit to Tapt Kund and Badrinath Temple darshan. Later visit mana Village , (vyas gufa,bhim phul, ganesh gufa,saraswati river origin,keshavprayag). Later return to Pipalkoti, Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 10 - Pipalkoti to Haridwar/Rishikesh

After breakfast, check-out and proceed towards Rishikesh. En route visit Devprayag Sangam & Dhari devi temple. Arrival at Haridwar by evening.

Booking and Payment

 

  1. To make a booking, a non-refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000/- is required. Once this has been received confirmation of your booking (in the form of an invoice) will be sent to you.
  2. The balance payment must be made 30 days prior to the departure date.
  3. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.
  4. The customer has to bear the proportionate tour cost of extended stay or travelling due to extraneous circumstances.

  5. Less than [30] days before departure: 100% (no refund)
    3.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [45] days after written cancellation.

Pricing and Inclusions

  1. Package prices are quoted in INR and are based on current rates of exchange and hotel tariffs.
  2. Prices include only the items specifically mentioned under “Package Inclusions.”
  3. Any increase in airfare, fuel surcharges, taxes, or hotel rates after booking will be borne by the customer.
  4. Transport As per 10 Pax.
  5. Accommodation for 8 nights as per triple/quad room sharing and at kedarnath bed system.
  6. Meals - Daily 8 Breakfast & 8 Dinner at Hotels.
  7. Documentations required for yatra- yatra registeration and green card.
  8. All expenses related to vehicle fuel, tax, TA ,Parking Etc.
  9. Sightseeing as per Mentioned.
  10. 5 % gst included.

Exclusions

  1. AC will not turn on while the vehicle at hills.
  2. Any kind of enrty tickets/ Camera fees/ local/ union cab taxi fare.
  3. Any extra meals/ additional hotel services which is not included in package.
  4. Any additional sightseeing not mentioned in this plan like triyuginaran,lakhamandal.

  1. The company acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other service providers.
  2. The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions).
